I have tried many Pilates sessions, but the only instructor I would go to now is Shona. She is an amazingly knowledgeable instructor.

Because of Shona, I have a much clearer understanding of my strengths and weaknesses (I am very inflexible!) and a clear understanding of my path to a strong and healthy body. Thank you, Shona.

Shona is the reason to come here. Years ago I had excruciating back pain that I couldn't get out of bed and walked at a snail pace. My sister referred me to Shona, who taught me how to relieve pain, protect & maintain my back health, and of course strengthen. Now I can do boot camp. I give Shona all the credit.
