I've been working with Justin for about 6 weeks to address muscle imbalance and compliment physical therapy as I was healing from a hip injury. I was SHOCKED at how effective this treatment is and learned so much from Justin about my muscle patterns. He helped me identify and then re-pattern the way that my body was compensating for weakness in certain muscle groups. And it happened incredibly quickly.
Fun fact --> if you are lacking strength in your inner thighs, guess what? You neck muscles start to compensate, leading to back and neck pain. I learned that after years of wearing heels that my glutes, hamstrings, and inner thigh muscles had basically atrophied and were causing back and neck tension. I was in physical therapy for this for several months and it was only moderately addressed. I visited Justin several times and it was fully addressed.
I'm now so much more aware of my posture, movements, and able to connect to my muscles. In addressing my hip injury, Redcord was an amazing complement that helped me to progress much more quickly. My spots medicine doctor and physical therapists were amazed with the rate of my recovery.
All a long winded way of saying - do it. You're going to learn a ton about your habits and movement. And you don't need to be seriously injured to get something out of it.
