I dropped in to use the bike on my vacation, as our hotel did not have a gym. The kind front desk staff just let me work out for free! The place is clean and well stocked with towels and nice change rooms.

Amazing gym all round. The facilities are perfect, great mix of classes, cardio and weights, a real one stop shop. Experienced and knowledgeable group of trainers and staff. Well worth it!!

What I like: Yoga instructors are top-notch, good class selections, location, up-to-date equipment, affordable-ishness ~$90/mo. What I don't like: Crowded machinery that often blocks any pathway for walking around upstairs, no water or towels upstairs, posturing/flauntentatious crowd.

The gym is well maintained overall and just been upgraded with new equipment and functional training area. Perfect value for money.

Kind of small but it's super clean and the employees are nice. The will enthusiastically hello you at a plan to reaching your body and fitness goals even for things they don't offer like smoking cessation. That was really cool. Convenient, too.

Great place to work out. I used their week long pass during a business trip. Equipment was in good shape and plenty of large fans to keep the air moving.
I WANT TO JOIN A NEW GYM THE PROBLEM WITH THIS GYM IS THAT THEY TRY A HIGH PRESSURE SALES GAME ON ME AND THEY SUCK AT IT AND WHEN THE GUY FAILED HE GOT RUDE.
