It's been a great experience attending the classes here, the location is truly unique, highly recommended.

Less monster stretch more spiritual centering but check out the schedule as every studio tends to have many things

The studio really packs in the classes here, especially at peak times. It's gotten so crowded that I've felt like my neighbors were going to accidentally hit me, or me them, because we were so close. The locker area is also quite cramped. The instructors I've had were fine.

My favorite studio! So addicting! The bathrooms are clean and the studio smells smells great. The instructors are always welcoming and positive.

This is a great place for hot yoga. It's clean, there is a variety of times and class types and instructors are great. :)

I took Erin class and it was really good. It's just the studio has smell and not so clean. I've been to Silver lake and that one is much cleaner.

Some of the best teachers and vinyasa flow yoga in SF. Anna Hughes and Tom Lee are best in class.

I went to one class taught by Erin Gilmore and really enjoyed her instruction. However, if you use Class Pass, booking classes here can be difficult sometimes. The window for booking closes one hour before class starts, which sounds reasonable but is annoying when you don't when you will get home or get off work. They also only allow you to take one class per month before significantly raising the number of points you have to use.

I went to one class here taught by Erin Gilmore and really enjoyed her instruction. However, after attempting to take more classes here, I decided I will not be returning. Yoga Flow Union makes it very difficult to book through Class Pass. The window for booking closes one hour before class starts, which sounds reasonable on the surface, but is really annoying when you aren't sure exactly what time you will get home or get off work to make a yoga class. Other upper tier studios in the city do not have this policy and allow you to book pretty much up until the class starts. Yoga Flow Union also only allows you to take ONE class per month at the normal cost on Class Pass. Then they significantly raise the amount of points you have to spend per class.

Unfortunately, yoga as it is practiced in San Francisco is only intended for people who have the means to spend hundreds of dollars per month. The rest of the have-nots do not have access to the same quality of teachers. When I asked Yoga Flow Union if I could get the new student special, they said I didn't qualify because I had already taken one class here (through Class Pass) before. So shame on me for not taking advantage of the new student special first before I used Class Pass. It's just ridiculous how they try to squeeze every last dollar out of you. Some of my critique applies generally to all bougie yoga studios in the city, which I can put up with to some extent, but Yoga Flow Union has made it especially hard to book classes if you prefer the flexibility and pricing structure of Class Pass.

You're going here and paying the prices (~$22 drop in) you're paying because they have a killer lineup of instructors. Studio is underwhelming, but the lack of aesthetics will soon before forgotten when class starts because you're going to get your butt kicked. They heat the studio and during peak hours (6:15/8 pm week nights and 9/11 am weekends) the classes are packed! Arrive early to get a spot of your choice. For times mentioned do yourself a favor and register in advance to ensure you get into class. The only other studio on par with the talent you'll find at YFSF is LoveStoryYoga in the Mission. Check them out if you're on that side of town. Most classes are listed as all levels, but go to the small studio if you're a newbie so you're not overwhelmed. The large studio sequencing and skills of other students can be discouraging so take it slow. It's not about touching your toes, it's about the journey on the way down, but you might forget that if you're in the peak hour classes.

Good space and instructors

I just started going here and starting my yoga practice. I felt anxious when I first walked in, as does anyone when they start something new, but I was over joyed how welcome and warm everyone was. The space feels very safe and I can't wait to go back and get my zen on.

This is a beautiful studio that specializes in powerful, hot classes. The space is clean and unique with it's 2nd floor view. The teachers are awesome and although I've only been there 3 times with the new student discount, I got a great workout each time. They also have a small boutique with great clothes and accessories to check out.

The space is beautiful, and the teacher was calm and understanding

Great hot yoga studio with many class times. Studio is large so can fit a lot of people and they always try to make the most of the space. This studio is on ClassPass.

This studio wa my favorite, especially the 6:15 classes. However lately all of the evening classes are given to one instructor Anna K, who is just awful. The instructor is suppose to teach advanced class but is teaching it as intro class, does not stop talking (seriously if she has nothing to say she just repeats "very good") and her poses are too easy for advanced class. I use to recommend this studio to everyone, but now I warn not to go as you will be disappointed. AS well as they are probably cutting down on the heating costs so promised 85 is now more like 70 degrees.
