The facility is excellent - clean, well-maintained, equipment is great. Another thing I loved about this gym is classes, the variety is fantastic, times are convenient, and I'd taken many different classes, and all instructors were fantastic, naturally some I liked better, but truly can't complain about a single one. The reason I am no longer a member is extremely rude, unprofessional management - I had to speak to several - all due to their errors, and this was just about the worst customer service I'd ever experienced. I wouldn't normally let an interaction prevent me from enjoying the experience that I like overall, but their lack of professionalism and respect for customers was striking. I do not want my membership dues to be used to pay their salaries, when they are so disrespectful. Another issue - technology - during the year I was a member, they'd made changes to the app several times, and there were always glitches - & several data security issues. For a high-end gym, it was certainly unacceptable. The locker rooms could get crowded at times, the lines to the showers too long, those were minor things that wouldn't have affected the rating or caused me to not renew membership.
