I do not have good posture or balance, was still a good class. Was all women except for me though

I learned of this place after checking out over twenty studio's on Classpass. And found this to be the best studio to give me a full workout. The owner instructor manages to give everyone person attention and corrections and gets back to instruction without skipping a beat. The workouts are unique and while strengthening, offers postures correction

This studio offers a challenging workout, but one that makes you feel like a rockstar. I discovered this through ClassPass and was a little wary that it would be filled with Lululemon cliches, but instead I found a warm welcoming space and an instructor who was very particular about making sure students were cared for.
I appreciate her clearly asking about injuries every session (something a lot of places skimp on) and adjusting the exercises accordingly. The studio "vertical method" involves using bungee cords and your own body as a weight, and elongating and stretching your muscles. A great amount of attention is paid to your spinal alignment, and you really do leave feeling like you're an inch taller. This helps a lot with my bad posture (sloucher/typer) and it also makes me sweat (bonus).
BONUS: They have free hairbands for you to tie your hair up, and free bottled water to drink. They now also offer barre here too, but I haven't tried that yet.
