I basically live in lululemon and generally order online. My most recent experience trying to return a Christmas gift was awful. I was told I could not return for a store credit or gift card but had to choose either to return the funds the the gift givers credit card or decide what item I wanted to exchange the gift for immediately. Then when I tried to browse the store to make the exchange the staff basically ignored me and not one employee would acknowledge me when I tried to ask a question. Tough.
I love Lululemon! Good quality that you won't regret purchase !
Was ignored by all staff, until I asked a question about a specific item. The woman ooked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and asked me if I had a picture. I showed her, and she told me it wasnt in stock. Given the experiences I had at Sweaty Betty and Lorna Jane, where staff were welcoming and happy to help, this was incredibly disappointing. Gentleman at the register was super friendly, though.
I guess it's my favourite Lululemon store now. Selection is great, staff is very friendly and helpful.
This store's inventory turns over fast and often they don't have sizes between 4-6 available. Wish they offered regular yoga classes at this location like some of the other stores, but imagine it's too tricky because it's too small. Staff is always happy to help you find pieces you love in your size online or at other locations so try on a style you like and ask them to order in the color you want. They also carry tennis shoes which is a new thing for the company.

lululemon was one of the first companies that made it totally acceptable to pay $90 for yoga pants, or $80 for a yoga mat. High-end workout gear for the mass market. High-end also means higher quality (for the most part), and since they've been around for a while lululemon is definitely doing something right.
I personally like their stuff, although I've had things I had to return because of the quality. The selection at this Marina outpost is decent, I usually find something for myself in the guy's section. Service is fast, chatty, and friendly.
