I've been going to Stomp for about 4 months now and I really love it! It's a very different workout than I have ever done before - you have the option of a 30 or 45 minute workout and the 30 minute workout is definitely an awesome workout! It focuses on parts of my body that I don't normally workout. I've always been a Pilates, sculpt, spin girl but this is definitely my new favorite! It's both challenging and fun!
Amazing full body workout! The mix of cardio and strength training creates a sweat unlike any other. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Great cardio and strength workout. Matthew is the creator of this stomp machine and it's very knee friendly. I highly recommend it for people with injuries or if you just want to try a different type of workout.
My new favorite workout! The customized machines create a whole new way to work out and mix up my routine. I break a sweat immediately!
Stomp was such an amazing workout! I was not expecting to get as much cardio/strength training as I did, but was exhausted and felt great in a good way! My instructor (can't remember his name :/) was amazing, encouraging, and made we want to come back again! Prices are so much for reasonable than any other workout clsss. Highly recommend people work this into their routine
