After speaking to a few other coaches, I picked Melissa because she had the most fully-baked material. Change is hard, so it was important to me to work with someone who wasn't just going off their intuition, but rather had a structure that had been tested and tuned. (Melissa does have terrific intuition and brings it to bear beautifully. But she's not guessing about what will work.) I got exactly the tools and results I was hoping for and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have only great things to say about Melissa's coaching. I had been going back and forth debating whether it was something I should go for, and I am SO glad that I did. For me, I wasn't quite sure about the whole thing at first, but Melissa was so good at making me feel comfortable and at ease with her. She really helped me sort through all the clutter going on in my brain and realize the innate goodness, happiness and playfulness within me. Melissa is just an awesome person with a keen ability to delve into who a person really is and what they want and help the person see and be that. Talking with her is fun, calming, and self-exploratory. She is just such a real person. I am a better me because of her coaching.

I've been working with Chad for over a year now and I have to say hiring him as my life coach has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I know that sounds dramatic, but I have truly seen some real transformations in my career, emotional and physical health, and relationships since I began meeting with Chad.
What I love most about Chad is he is an exceptional listener and is extremely passionate about helping you improve any part of your life, big or small. He also holds you accountable for the actions as he can only guide you through situations but you ultimately are the one who makes the change in your life. This way, he doesn't enable you but rather he truly coaches and is your guide and trusted supporter.
I consider Chad a dear friend and would highly recommend him and his coaching services. There are few people I have met with a rare combination of integrity, wisdom, and passion to help others succeed.
Bottom line...Go See Chad!!

Chad is a brilliant coach and I would give him more than 5 stars if that option was available. I am an executive coach and spent many months searching for a coach that I felt truly comfortable with. As a former executive for 15 years, I was searching for a coach that was both professional and extremely competent. Chad exceeded all expectations. The first time I spoke with Chad, I knew he was my coach. Chad is not only a gifted coach, he is also connected to himself in such a powerful way that he can hold his clients in a deep, connected and safe space. He has helped me have incredible breakthroughs in life and he has mentored me as a coach with honesty and powerful insight. I am beyond grateful to have found and work with a coach that inspires me on such a deep and meaningful level.

This is the guy!!! Not often in life do you find more than you expected.
I searched for help when my life/career was actually going well, but I felt numb to any positive or negative experience. After looking around, I found Chad (maybe as you are now) and was impressed by the positive impact he seemed to be having.
Upon meeting him, he let me know in a compassionate way that he has a results oriented approach and likes to set a goal to measure progress in his engagements for a defined period of time. I connected instantly with his honesty & method. Through our visits, Chad lead me to discover things about myself so I began to have a better understanding of my own feelings (lack of) and thought patterns. His holistic approach even lead to uncovering a physical injury in my neck that was referring a constant low grade headache, which I had been thinking was just normal. Also worth noting, his mastery of guiding meditations is special. After roughly 6 months I feel alive again, feel joy, & can connect with the people around me in a deeper way.

Chad is one of those special people whom it is a privilege to know. I began working with him when I took on a new role as a Vice President in a start-up organization. He quickly uncovered struggles and blocks that I had been experiencing and we shifted my focus into a healthier state. Not only has my work performance greatly improved, but my connection with friends, family and people in general have deepened. Chad is warm, highly intelligent, incredibly intuitive and very direct when he needs to be. I highly recommend working with him in the greatest capacity you are able!
