I'd describe Ryan's approach to training as humane. He's the perfect trainer for someone like me who has no need to be ripped but wants to lose weight, control blood pressure, tone muscles, and live an overall healthy life. His program changed my attitude toward working out from something I wanted to avoid to something I became eager to do. Plus it's fun and easy spending time with Ryan and, unlike almost every other trainer I've ever used, he never, ever says "awesome."
Training with Ryan Stockton is like training with a great friend who can change your body. He has the knowledge and experience and really knows how to effectively alter your body composition and make everything more lean and toned. I noticed changes after one 30 minute session with him! He also switches things up all the time, which keeps the workouts interesting and multifaceted. But, what made me instantly certain I had found the right trainer for me, in Ryan, is that he has such an obvious love of what he does, and training with him feels like you have a good friend looking out for you, supporting you, and consistently encouraging you towards your goals.
I came to Ryan after losing interest in my current workout regimen. From our very first session together, I could feel my body changing. Ryan has pushed me to my limits (and then some!) while working out together the past five months. My body has never felt this strong and balanced. And, each workout has been a little different so I am staying engaged. Ryan's strong knowledge and insight of the human physique really shines through in each of our sessions. And, he just exudes this positive energy that it can't help but rub off on you when you leave the gym. You rock, Ryan!!
