Ran here the other day. The windows are papered up and the door locked: it appears closed.
Impossible to quit this gym. I've been getting charged for 6 months and the gym manager seems to have "lost" a signed contract which she claims has me on the hook for a full year, with no ability to cancel due to moving.
Scam, please avoid at all costs.

great location. Not a good place if you like to slam weights and check other people out. I have to give it three stars because since they changed the carpet a few years ago there doesn't seem to be any upkeep.
For example, on the second floor there's a stair-master that has had a "broken" sign on it for many many years. Not fixed, not removed, just taking up space.

A bit musty and worn, but good people working here and lots of equipment to meet your needs
I love this gym. It's rarely crowded, even in the evenings after work. The set up is nice and it doesn't feel too cramped. The staff is always really friendly and they learned my name in the first couple times I went. Their prime location makes it easy for me to stop in after I get off work. I look forward to my workouts at CVF.
Having a TRX is an auto four stars from me. Great pricing packages and layout of machines.
