All the teachers are fantastic. The studio is perfect. I travel a huge distance just to take class at the abode. I highly recommend it!!!

Manouso Manos is 1 of only 2 ppl on this side of the globe to hold a Senior Advanced Iyengar Yoga teaching certificate from the 95-yr old living yoga master BKS Iyengar. Manouso's teaching & depth of knowledge and embodied wisdom on the subject of Yoga is paralleled by few.
