I love this place! The trainers push you to your limit and are also very friendly too. It's a love hate relationship! I have been traveling so I haven't been to their new spot but I look forward to seeing them in the near future to endure more of their abuse!;)
Excellent gym
Fantastic, well-kept gym. They have great equipment, friendly staff, and plenty of space. Rarely more than 7 people in the gym at any given time. Only thing they're missing is a standard squat rack.

This is probably my favorite gym in the city. Although the membership cost is high, I believe it makes it up in what you get for that price. Not having a constantly crowded gym at all times of the day is a big plus. The fact that they provide both towels to keep yourself dry and wipes to clean down machines is great too. I like the fact that they at least try to move things around every once in a while to the best locations where people can both see the equipment and use it. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful, and will do what they can immediately if you call something out. It is definitely a gym I recommend to my friends who are looking for a good place to workout.

Only just opened, and already they are littering our neighborhood with windshield flyers. Not a very respectful way to introduce themselves to the community.
New, clean, provides towels, has free weights. Very high ceilings.
