Best yoga practice I ever had. I love Christina teaching, and the people she attracts to her class. You can go at your own pace but also have the ability to challenge yourself. I have attended her lead class and her mysore. Unfortunately I moved away, but I wish I hadn't just for her class.I highly recommend starting or continuing your practice with Christina.

So happy to have found Christina when I was ready to take my yoga practice deeper. My practice grew faster in 30 days with her teaching me. Then the two years of Vinyasa classes I took prior. Its been 3 months in Ashtanga for me and I can now lead myself in over an hour of self practice sessions. This has allowed me to stay with my practice even when I can't make it to a yoga class. There were many poses that I wouldn't even try because of the difficulty. Now I am doing those poses with confidence and form that reduces injuries. Ashtanga is an art of yoga for true practitioners. That can be practiced at any skill level. Christina does a great job of keeping its tradition and purity in a way that will keep you wanting more. That's what happened to me, filling my practice with energy and people that I am very grateful for.

I've practiced in NYC, Austin TX, and San Francisco. Wether you're with her for years (me), or just an hour (travelers), you will walk away feeling great, physically and spiritually.

A very lovely local studio. If you feel lost or lonely, go in and you will find lots of love and a good community with different experiences ready to share, inspire and be there to support you as you grow. It's a great escape to find yourself in a caring and uplifting environment. Christina's Ashtanga class is truly transformational. Take that from someone that's been going to her class for years ;)

If you are looking to learn traditional Ashtanga and make progress in your practice, this is the place. Christina radiates positive energy, creates a welcoming environment in which to learn, and has a gentle way of pushing you to your limit. I cannot recommend Ashtanga Shala Santosha Yoga enough.

Christina is such a fantastic teacher. She blends superior knowledge of the practice with a fun loving and exploratory spirit. Ashtanga can be so intimidating, but learning it with her makes it approachable and fun. Cannot recommend her more highly.
