New to hot yoga but found it to be a real treat for my self care routine this winter. Came to Yoga Flow with a friend because they offer child care here. We had a great session. Definitely recommend and will be back, thank you.
The teachers are great. The classes are suitable for beginners and advance folks alike. Studio is spacious and nice too!

I recently bought a 10 class pass. I absolutely love the location, studio and teachers but I am really disappointed with the "heated" classes. Having spent 17 years going to Yoga Tree SF where most of the teachers turn the heat way down once the class is warmed up I am having a really tough time near the middle to end of class. The non-heated classes are great and plenty warm!! I wish there were more of those.
I had never had a good time at heated yoga until I came here. It's a beautiful space with a kind, patient community and awesome teachers. You sweat a lot, and you stretch a lot. It's wonderful.
I love this studio. The room has beautiful high ceiling with stunning columns and ornate details. The classes are offered at several times during the day (morning, lunch, afternoon and evening) so any flexibility in your schedule is accommodated. Most of the teachers here are fantastic. I love Claire, Yvonne, Britney, Niel and Chelseah.
Neil, Britany, Erin, and Peter are awesome (as I am sure all the teachers are). Space is clean, cold, filtered water is provided, and it is in an area near a lot of food for post-yoga hangouts.

Clean bright open space. Lockers not necessary as they have cubbyholes behind the workout area. Good energy from instructor and good music during the Sunday 3 PM class. 80° classes available.
