HOA is a good place for little ones (3+) and adults ! There are 3 trampoline areas. One specially for 3-6 yr olds.

If you have a poor experience please ask an employee to radio a supervisor/ or manager if you feel you cannot resolve your issue with that current staff member.

(Yes there are a handful of teens that work there. Please do not use ageism against them. Anyone can act immature.)

>>I suggest parents plan well ahead

The worst trampoline park I have ever been to (And I experimented a lot of them). Really expensive, we paid 47$ for a child and an adult for 45 minutes. We had only access to a quarter of the trampolines because of a birthday. The staffs are really unpleasant and the trampoline are kids trampolines, really small and do not jump really high. At the end of our session we discovered that there are wall trampolines and more gymnastic trampolines but you have to pay an extra to access them (They do not told us that this part exist as well at the beginning). They make you fill up a waver for the children when you arrive and they then ask you to fill up the informations once again, a real waste of time. The women we had did not know how to write our names, it took her around 15 minutes just for that and the paiement. I do recommend this place for people with 4-5 years old children that just want to run around and play dodge ball. BAD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Kids love this place every time - especially the dodge ball! Great way to get those kids tired!

Only one area is open, our kids are bored after 10min. 18 bucks a pop for this?

Really fun for the younger crowd. Once you hit 30, it's time to think twice before doing back flips... you will feel it in the morning.

Very disappointed!!! not at all what the picture looks like. The trampoline in the picture was only for summer camp and cost additional! Expensive and very bad service! DONT GO HERE! Do other things in San Fransisco!

Their motto should be, "We exploit you because we can!" I took a group of preteen girls here for a birthday party last weekend. Despite the fact that they all had a good time, I was soured by the many rules imposed on customers designed to bilk them and showing a genuine disregard for them as well. First, when you buy tickets, they list their rubber bottomed jumping socks as an "add on" (for 2 dollars each). However, you cannot decline this add on, even though the website makes it seem as if you can. I unchecked the add-on box several times, but still ended up paying for their socks. Then there's the way they treat their customers. In line to get our wristbands, I was told I couldn't stand between the check-in desk and the concession stand. No one was going in or out between the two, and I was trying to make sure everyone in our group got processed, but no matter, I couldn't stand there. The check in desk gave us the wrong color wristband, and when we got to the jumping area, the supervisor wouldn't let the girls jump until I went back and got the right color wristband. Really? Come on! After that, I was told I couldn't jump if I wasn't wearing their socks. So back again to exchange those for the ones I was forced to pay for online but hadn't bothered picking up. After jumping for a little while, they closed off part of one of the areas, saying a private party had bought exclusive use of it. I had tried to plan a less crowded time to be there, but suddenly the main area shrunk by 1/3. Any one of these things would have sucked, but the relentless disregard for the customers seemed baked in to their business model. I will definitely not be back.

$18 for "1 hr" per child. That's very expensive for a toddler, considering the limited duration of time, with the lack of activities and stimulation. Kids under 4 should be at least half the price since they're secluded to one boring area. They need more things to do there. My child was asking to play with Duplo Legos afterwards because she thought the place was like a previous indoor playground that we had visited. I told her it's all there is here, small mundane trampolines. And how come the workers don't have uniforms? They just look like normal people hanging out in the toddler area. I was confused as to if they were supervising as workers or as parents. It was my first time here and it'll be my last.

Great location for birthday parties! So much fun.

Super fun and has more bouncy trampolines than most trampoline parks in california

Kids everywhere. Too many rules. There should be a separate adult section where you dont have to be constantly watched. I figured I signed a waver because I would have some autonomy. Oh well. Waste of money.

Great for 3 yr old birthday, fun for toddlers!

Kids 6 and under are in a separate area. For a 6 year old, the area was too small without much to do. It's fine for toddlers. Big disappointment for my son.

If you do one thing, play trampoline dodgeball!! I laughed, I wheezed, I served, got served, and had the best of times. Cool location, tucked away near Crissy Field. Chill staff that are watching to make sure no one gets hurt, but who also let people have fun. This is my go to trampoline location. ... I love the rocket penguin logo.

Huge ripoff! $20 an hour per kid. You have to buy their socks for $2 a pair. You can't use your own socks. It's a small place -- even smaller if you have kids under 7. Kids under 7 are relegated to a small area, but they have to pay the same price. The sign in process is time consuming. It's just not worth the effort and price for what you get in return.

Fun place for kids to jump and play. My cousin's kids and my son enjoyed jumping around and playing trampoline basketball. It was a nice way for them to get their fun in.

So much fun. One hour flies by but it is a great workout. Very fun.

My kids love this place but it's so expensive for the amount of time the kids are bouncy (especially two kids). The staff could be a little more gentle about telling the under 5 kids the rules.

Cool spot. Kinda crowded. Would be awesome for an all access private party!
