Their motto should be, "We exploit you because we can!" I took a group of preteen girls here for a birthday party last weekend. Despite the fact that they all had a good time, I was soured by the many rules imposed on customers designed to bilk them and showing a genuine disregard for them as well. First, when you buy tickets, they list their rubber bottomed jumping socks as an "add on" (for 2 dollars each). However, you cannot decline this add on, even though the website makes it seem as if you can. I unchecked the add-on box several times, but still ended up paying for their socks. Then there's the way they treat their customers. In line to get our wristbands, I was told I couldn't stand between the check-in desk and the concession stand. No one was going in or out between the two, and I was trying to make sure everyone in our group got processed, but no matter, I couldn't stand there. The check in desk gave us the wrong color wristband, and when we got to the jumping area, the supervisor wouldn't let the girls jump until I went back and got the right color wristband. Really? Come on! After that, I was told I couldn't jump if I wasn't wearing their socks. So back again to exchange those for the ones I was forced to pay for online but hadn't bothered picking up. After jumping for a little while, they closed off part of one of the areas, saying a private party had bought exclusive use of it. I had tried to plan a less crowded time to be there, but suddenly the main area shrunk by 1/3. Any one of these things would have sucked, but the relentless disregard for the customers seemed baked in to their business model. I will definitely not be back.
