I've been training with Tim at Regular Exercise for over a year now. Tim is knowledgeable, methodical, and approaches fitness holistically and he's an all around nice guy. He's helped me work through injuries, fatigue, and motivated me from just getting off the couch and feeling fitter to feeling athletic and nimble. RE has a low key, neighborly vibe, which is great if you're averse to a crowded gym setting. It's a great place to take your first steps towards improving your general fitness, or seriously working towards your athletic goals.
