We love the one martial arts community and curriculum! They are great with kids and teach respect, discipline, gratitude, practice, speed, coordination and teamwork. They also have regular instruction on how to handle bullies and strangers. The annual tournament is always a positive growth experience as well, much appreciation for this place and all of their SF staff!

I have been a student at OMA for 7 years now. I earned my student black belt a little over a month ago. I have learned a tremendous amount. I am so happy I became a part of the One Martial Arts community.

I had never thought that my son would be so fond of martial arts! This is due to the amazing staff and instructors at One Martial Arts! The positive attitude, differentiated instruction, careful attention, and supportive reinforcements through badges and stripes; the kids work as one group to attain a common goal. Highly recommended! Thank you Instructors!!!

OMA is AMAZING!! My 12 year old son just earned his 1st degree black belt and I am SO proud of him, but what's most impressive is how proud he is of himself. He's gained such confidence through professor's well structured program. A positive and nurturing environment with very dedicated instructors and staff to give your family a life changing experience!

Heart rate up, getting my sweat on, my muscles worked, thinking of people I'd love to punch in the face as I get my upper cuts and hooks on the bag, it can't get better than this! All the teachers are good and I love Saturdays because that's where I feel I really get my sweat on!

If you've walked by this place, I'm sure you've seen the videos posted in the window, or the various kids martial art classes or adult kick boxing classes they have going on here. One thing for sure, it that they are well organized, and well run. My son has been going here for almost 2 years now. He has learned quite a lot and has moved up the ranks.

I do have to say that although I'm not familiar with the martial arts system, and how students progress, do I feel they move a bit slower than what I'd expect. It takes a long time to move up the ranks of belt color, and most of the time, you will see kids within a few ranks keep learning the same things. They do test you on the various moves so the kids need to remember their moves. Repetition is key here.

They offer summer camps, and day camps for those holidays. What I also love is the amount of "free" events they have for their students "and friends". They also have the occasional "parent's night out" where you can drop your kids off for a few hours (for free I might add). It's a nice perk to have.
