My happy place!
The brand new studio is open and it looks GREAT! First class today was spot-on...I can't wait to make Seacliff studio my Bikram yoga home.
I liked the studio but they closed many months ago and have done virtually nothing to communicate to their large group of former students when the new studio will open. Their phone is disconnected and their website does not give any explanation other than they expected to reopen it sometime in the fall of 2018. I look forward to going to the new studio and hope that the management will do a better job of communicating to their loyal customers when they will reopen.

Great instructors and authentic Bikram yoga method yoga school. They also recently added hot Pilates which is a great workout and fun!

All in all a pretty wonderful place. It saved my life anyway. The teachers really care, and the classes always start on time. If you want to sweat and stay on track and really take control of your health, come here.
I bought an online voucher for a discounted, limited-time trial membership and was impressed with the immediate benefits. It took me a session or two to find a teacher that I looked forward to working with. The range in style of instruction is pretty vast, so I suggest trying out a few classes and seeing who works best for you. The location is convenient but prohibitively expensive for me. I'm lucky that they have easily accessible bicycle parking because street parking around there is hard to come by.

I love this place. It has some great deals and amazing teachers. I love the location because it so close to home. The class times are also great! I can go before or after work. I definitely love going here.
My advice: get ready at home, and shower when you get home! No need to be high maintenance and finicky while you're there. You're only getting in the way of your practice.
