If you are looking for a new twist on fitness go try an introduction class at North Beach Kettle Bells. One class and I was hooked. I have now been swinging the bell for 8 months and look forward to going to every class.
The classes are 45 min. of dynamic fitness. Every class is different, and every day I leave feeling energized.
One cannot just go through the motion of the swing or the lift, the squat or the lunge without engaging your core or your brain. Continuous instruction and correction keep all of us injury free and improving our strength, balance, flexibility and most of all the incredible feeling of accomplishment when we have mastered something we never thought we could do.
