Someone broke into my locker and stole my money. 500 bucks. Personel said there was nothing to do, their policy. It was even one of their locks that I purchased there that was easily broken making it easy access to my stuff. Not right. Poor assistance from workers therr

Love it here. For someone like me who is a introvert and can't deal with a lot of ppl. I have to say this place is perfect. Clean. Welcoming. Perfect for a great work out.

Cold showers (all of them) when someone flushes a toilet, its freezing water. Grime and mold on shower curtains. When I complained to staff he was too busy on the phone and barely acknowledged me.

I'm giving the Gym itself 5 stars, as for that "Trainer" a real P.O.S!! He isn't enthusiastic or encouraging. He makes you feel like you're bothering him when asking for workout advice.

This gym is really a stepping stone gym. Like every gym there are pros and cons. Pros include a diverse group of people working out (all body types), huge air conditioning fans, and occasional classes. Cons include that sometimes it can get crowded around 6-9 pm, the neighborhood is not the safest, and it does not have WiFi. However for ten dollars a month this gym is top of its class and gets five stars.

Nice gym that is not too crowded and has plenty of machines. Large fans keep the room ool and the place is very clean. Very easy to get back into fitness when it's both quiet, not crowded, and comfortable. Best times include.Tuesfay, Thursday, and Saturday evenings from my experience.

Today was my first day. I didnt workout because I needed a padlock. I picked up my pass and thought I was supposed to get a tour too but I didn't. I found my way around however. Nice size club clean and nice high tech equip, music & lots of tv's. This one is open 24-7.

I like going to this gym because its practical and its really close to my house. Only things i dont like or i think could be better are only a couple things.
The maintance in the equipment. I dont see a reflection of the fee the members pay a year for the gym itself, water fountain has been down for 2 weeks now, there can be more benches and some of the rubber on weights are torn and look old.
Lastly, am a black card holder and am allowed to take a guest anytime i want, we always go in together or sometimes one after the other, there is never a problem with any other member of the staff, but it just seems that when we go in when the Hispanic looking manager/supervisor is there, he seems to have a faul attitude, sort of a smart a**, sarcastic way of speaking to either of us. Either to my guest and sometimes myself when i ask him a question and even by just checking in.
These are the only reason why i dont give them 5 stars.

Worst place ever. They don't want you to get in shape or be in shape. They give free pizza away every week.

Staff is horrible, If you pay attention to their demeanor looks like they have an inside joke for each paying member that goes through their .. Only had problems with the two male staff there, hope they wise up.. Down the road they might meet the wrong person to play with..future advice

Great gym. Bad neighborhood but don't let that stop you. The gym itself is very clean, and the staff and members are first rate. Minus two stars for the location.

Great place to get my fix after work. Between 9pm and 12 am usually no one is on a machine I want.

The exercise machines tell you what body part is being affected by the work out, which I like.

Not a great area, signing up is a pain, they turn the hot water off in the am (enjoy getting in a cold shower or getting dressed to go ask them for permission to have the hot on).

Iv been to most planet fitness on the westside but this one is not an all star one. Staff are cool. Most standard machines are here but if you want to use the cable machines, you have to use it bare. They don't have the clips and the ones that are there, can't be taken off. It is what it is. 4 stars cause I can still do what I do but fix those cable machines already!
