Ive been googling a great gym to visit this weekend since last week. Visiting my Grandmother per usual, I got tired of PF off Flatbush...
I LOVE this gym, the trainers here are so welcoming and dedicated to what they do, especially Terrance! The only hard part about this gym is actually getting up in the morning but once you are there you feel great. I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

Love, love, love this place! Staff and members are welcoming and encouraging. Cost is super affordable, you get way more for your money here then you would at a regular gym. Smalls is an awesome trainer.

Beyond the best gym facility I've ever been to. The environment is amazingly great. Such good vibes and the trainers are so good at what they do. Such great motivators and inspirational. I love coming to the gym now.

We've been here several times for youth sports conditioning and it's been a good experience. Staff are focused and nice. Facility is clean and convenient.
