My home gym. Always clean. Always helpful staff. And always enough machines to go around. It's also very affordable. Love it!

It's been about five years since I've worked out but now I am back. Since I have been back I have been working with the fitness trainer MARIA. She has been awesome. She has been working with me according to my experience. I've been working with her for a month now and she really challenges me in all the best ways. She believes in my strength more than I do sometimes. I definitely recommend that you take her classes. You will end up wanted to take them all.

If you're shy and uncomfortable about being at the gym then I'd definitely recommend trying this place out as your first. I am extremely uncomfortable going to gyms but for me the people that work out here are polite and nice. Although not everyone cleans after themselves, the staff make it a priority to clean up.
I love to do the whole total body fitness regime that i had previously done so the 30 minute workout is tons of fun even with strangers. They offer a lot of help when you need it. The only thing i didn't enjoy was that half of the staff at certain shifts just didn't care about the people. They would much rather have you in and out as fast as possible so they can finish their conversations.
Other than that I enjoyed the machines, services, and gym goers.
Again I am a person who prefers positive interactions so try it out for yourself! I went around 3pm on a Tuesday. Best times to go are at night if you dont like people start at 9pm.
Also be sure you check which membership you have. If you have the regular 10 dollar membership, I believe you do NOT get guest privileges. You should get the black card which is what I have because I get guest privileges, hydro massage(card member only) and lockers! Bring your own locker though. Do your research to see which is better for you. It's around 25$.

Pretty clean and not as busy as you'd think for being in such a heavily populated area. When I first got my membership the girl that helped me was super rude and dismissive. I've had better experiences with the staff since though.

all right place to work out but you got a lot of guys that are just sitting on gym equipment trying to check out the girls instead of working out best time to go is in the middle of the night or early in the morning

There is no weightroom etiquette whatsoever at this location. People will take three sets of free weights and surround themselves with them as they work through their exercise. It's really bad. Or they will spend an ungodly amount of time on a Smith press....texting, laughing and talking with their friends. Anything but actually doing what you are here to do.

Very nice and clean gym. Superb staff. Better than $60/month gyms. So affordable...$10 per month no contract no gimmicks.....super nice staff, brand new equipment, shiny clean floors, excellent change rooms but no so good showers........BEST VALUE FOR MONEY.

The employees have poor knowledge. It's supposed to be a place to work out without shame yet some employees can be just plain rude and mock others.
