Worst La Fitness I have ever been to. There is a lack of equipment (only one squat rack). Many of the dumbells and barbells are missing. Only go to this location as a last resort.
Need to upgrade shower room. Should add a steam room or sauna. Need to upgrade the stereo system for the dance aerobic instructor. Suck that they have to bring their own cords as an instructor.
This location needs newer equipment, free-weights area needs more equipment, plates, benches need to be reupholstered. They ample dead space, empty offices that could be used for more equipment
This place is great, no matter what time you go there isn't a problem getting a workout. The parking lot might be crowded but when you walk in it's a different story. The staff is willing to help if you need it.
I was a member there for a long time but they didnt have any promo specials for loyal members so i joined 24 hr fitness ther gave me a better deal. LA fitness company is too big for their own good.
Of all the LA Fitness I go to this is the worst one. The machines are rusty and It smells bad. To top it off your not allowed to use the training area even when the gym is empty! My partner and I got kicked out of it. Funny how the pettiest gym is the worst. No wonder it's always slow here.

Who cares if the trainers are shady. This one dumbass brought goji berries - sat there and munched. A sad day indeed.
The free weight equipment is super old and not well organized. The clients do not clean up after themselves leaving the benches dirty and sweaty. The environment is overall dark and not inviting. Hard to get motivated to work out in this setting.

اشتركت معهم قبل سنتين ودفعت الرسوم لكني تعرضت لحادث ودخلت المستشفى 6 شهور ولم استطع حضور اي تمرين وعندما خرجت كان امامي فترة نقاهة طويله فطلبت استعادة نقودي لاني لم امارس التمارين الرياضيه عندهم ابداٌ لكنهم رفضوا إعادة المال لي وقالوا هذي سياسة النادي وبعد سنتين اصبحت بحاجه للتمارين الرياضيه وقمت بالاتصال بهم وشرحت لهم الموضوع وبعد ساعه اتصل بي المدير وقال مرحباً بك ولدينا لك خصم رائع وتخفيض جيد لانك كنت عضوا معنا قبل سنتين وسيكون لك برنامج تأهيل وتدريب خاص .

Nasty dirty gym, nothing new with this franchise, always cutting corners on maintenance! Went back yesterday May 6th and looked a lot cleaner especially for a weekend, so I am bumping your score from one star to three... Keep up the good work, cheers!
Horrible. Signed up for training sessions and their trainers had a continuous problem of canceling their session times with me. Either all of the sudden they couldn't or they did not want to WHILE I PAID MONEY FOR IT (IT IS NOT CHEAP!!!). So what a fhuking waste, and the front desk has an ATTITUDE PROBLEM (WHILE I JUST LEFT AND CAME BACK) pay attention to simple things like that it is your FHUKING JOB. Fhuk LA Fitness. Also don't try and get me to sign up for training again dumass people I already fhuking told your dumass I had my schedule canceled on me multiple times. WHY THE FHUK WOULD I WANT TO SIGN UP AGAIN? IT IS COMMON SENSE!!! But that trainer guy with the last name Hernandez is cool HE HOOKED ME UP WITH A JOB. And he keeps it real.
I have been a member here for many years, closing at 9 p.m. on a Friday is unacceptable. Definitely in need of better management.
Staff not friendly. The male staff walk around all upset looking, trying to look tuff I guess. They all swoop in on the females, don't let your GF stray. They need customer service here and a lot of it.

We signed up because the gym schedule posted at the front glass showed it opened till 10 Friday. A week later I rushed back 2 hour drive from work to hit the gym with my GF before 9, only to find out gym was closed UNANNOUNCED. The sales manager never bothered bothered to tell us. Meanwhile the schedule posted said they opened till 10 pm. We included a photo of that posting here.
Weeks later Saturday Jan 28, 2017 we tried to catch a quick workout at 7:15pm. It was closed again. This time they completely removed the posted schedule. A girl answered the door and told us they got into trouble posting the right schedule, even if was temporary.
Then today we found out LA Fitness charged my me $200 sign up fee when the manager told us clearly that he will only charge me $100. This got to be too much to stomach, adding insult to injury.
It seems LA fitness stuck us three times in a month each time in their favor.
We are going to Planet Fitness open 24 hours and only $20/mo and no signup fees. No more dealing with scumbags.
if you can go to another LA fitness in the area, i'd suggest you go there (i.e. diamond bar, la habra). this one was an old bally's, so it doesn't have all the amenities you would expect from a real LA fitness--i.e. no basketball court, raquetball, very small pool) and the manager here is a punk. i'm accustomed to just giving my phone number when checking in at other LA fitnesses. this is because i don't normally carry my entire key ring anymore when going to the gym (i have a remote ignition key for my car and just take the fob) well this guy, he says "you can't do that unless you bring an ID since we don't know if it's you." but my picture is in the club computer...i guess we all look alike.
