I really wish I had asked the spelling of her name but, Carrie, you were outstanding. I have gone to the Palladio location in the past and I have NEVER received a service like that. I came in Monday morning for a sports blend and the staff up front was warm welcoming and professional. Carrie did not rush me, she took her time in the areas where I told her were my problem zones, she used more than one heated towel and just showed perfect etiquette. She is amazing and I needed that massage to be perfect after my last experience at Palladio. I will continue coming to Roseville for my future massages and will absolutely be asking for Carrie. I hope your supervisor sees this and knows that you do an exceptional job at what you do. Thanks.
Serenity Spa/ Soul Yoga is my second home. I love everyone who works there and they really make me feel welcome and appreciated. I always leave yoga practice feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff is kind and classy. This is an excellent foundation for lifestyle changes as the staff practices what they teach. Judgement free and surrounded by positive energy.
Absolutely love Serenity! All the facials I've gotten have always been so relaxing and so beneficial to my skin type. The last facial I had was the hydro facial and it was amazing!

I went here for a prenatal massage and it was amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed and that feeling continues the entire time. Even the restrooms are calming. My massouse Sharon was great, the time went by way too fast. At the end they leave you to relax and redress with no hurry. They bring you a warm wet towel to wash off any oil if you'd like, as well as a water and even a chocolate covered pineapple to top it all off. I will definitely be going here again!
Every time I visit Serenity, I never want to leave. The ambiance and service is always top notch. Lauren is an AMAZING esthetician! Our massages were wonderful, also. Definitely leave with your chakras aligned.

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage recently. This rating is on his behalf for other couples. He was asked what type of massage he would like then asked for deep tissue. He also stated he would like the massage to start as firm as possible. During the experience the girl massaging him did not ask him how the pressure was at all or communicate with him. He left being charged more for a deep tissue massage that was never received.
From my experience, it was lovely. JC does an amazing job and is great at staying in communication on how things are going. If you go, ask for her!
Had a girlfriend spa day. This is a beautiful, peaceful spa. From the moment we stepped in the staff was friendly and inviting. Started with a foot bath in a comfy massage chair. The care given by Ann was special with soft washing, warm towels, and hot tea. Then off to a massage in a warm softly lit room. Again Ann was awesome. Finally we shared a delicious lunch chosen from an interesting menu. Loved it all and will definitely return

Everything about our experience was perfect. The facials and massages were some of the best I have had. My daughter had a "mother-to-be" massage and loved it. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and very relaxing & calming. Staff is extremely courteous and so accommodating. It was a delightful experience. We will be back.
I'm a massage therapist over on the east coast and my friend was in California visiting family / for her birthday. So I tried to find her the best place possible to send her for a birthday massage as I couldn't be there to give it myself. She loved her massage and felt sooo much better when it was over, Serenity Spa helped make my bestie's birthday VERY special :)

I have been going to Serenity Spa since their original location. The staff is warm and personable yet very professional. The Spa is decorated beautifully, very peaceful environment. The massage therapist have all been very good, wanting to ensure that I got a great massage with the right pressure, etc... I would highly recommend Serenity Spa, you will not be disappointed! I'm just sad that since we've moved I have to try to find a Spa just as good...
