Been here with the wife and her friends... they refuse to shop there anymore because of one of their staff members... super rude and just makes buying stuff extra difficult. We have talked to others who have problems with this staff member too. Idk how she is even working in anything customer service. Lululemon still gets my wife and her friends business, just not at the galleria anymore
I come here for gift cards during Christmas. I like how they started a separate mobile gift card purchase area so I don't have to stand in the long lines just to purchase one. Service has always been great.

As a heads up, this Lululemon store in Roseville will not honor a "Military and First Responders Discount" for any male buying women's clothing--for any reason. Per the staff, if I was a female they would have honored the discount, which is disturbing. Stay away from this store, they violate everything that their mission statement claims on their website and is arguably flirting with civil rights violations.

I had a very good experience at this Lululemon! The clothes that I was looking for were available in the size and color I wanted and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this Lululemon location. Great place!

I believe her name was Stephanie helped me locate the Define Jacket in the size and color I was looking for at another location and gave me all the info I needed for a flawless transaction. She even went as far as giving me various locations contact info just in case for some reason one didn't have it is stock I could get it elsewhere. Super helpful! Thank you!
