well I came 4 mins late due to traffic, so the studio was closed, lady came out and was like "the classes started already if you want to come tomorrow." well I drove 30 mins to get there, i was extremely frustrated that I didn't make it. their latest class is 6 pm. well for someone working from 9 to 5 this is not feasible. the worst traffic is from 4 to 6:30 in Roseville area so having the class at 6 is the most inconvenient thing. if you live within walking distance sure, but it is not worth it to spend 2 hours for this, 1 hour just driving and another for the actual yoga, I also looked at the reviews of this studio on ClassPass and on google, and the reviews on ClassPass are mostly all fake, they say the same thing, on Google reviews are mostly by local guides, the pictures on google also only show the front where they are clearly selling yoga/workout clothes, no pictures of where the yogah is actually being done...no pictures of the actual class going on....that's really weird. I looked at Yelp reviews and per Yelp reviews the actual studio is very small. This studio is not worth it, not feasible because of the inconvenient staff and rigidity. Was hoping to have a relaxed workout but instead was even more stressed because of this place.
