I am Really enjoying the gym. The staff is super friendly, and the interior is nice. My trainer Pam is also the best.
I just started going here recently. I've never had a problem with equipment not being available or with overcrowding. I also use the child care and I haven't had issues with that either. Prices are reasonable (unlike some gyms). Works for me as a place to get a workout in!

I've been going here for 5 years now. Excellent facility at a great rate. Out of all places to pick things up and put them down again, this is my favorite.

To be honest, it is very hard to beat Crunch given its price. This location has everything you need. For the cost (which I think is up to $12/month basic), it is a phenomenal deal. I haven't experienced the classes but they look great. The 5AM open time is perfect for me. Only thing I wish they would improve is the size of everything (which can't happen without buying a neighboring store)... there is not much space for workouts requiring such, and there is also not much space in the bathrooms for multiple showers, etc. Other than that, love Crunch and the staff.

Staff is always friendly! There's a lot of great amenities offered and quality equipment for a very reasonable price. The gym is kept clean, as well as the bathrooms. Squat racks are usually the hardest for me to get access to, but luckily this gym has a squat rack, Smith Machine & Jones Machine so there's always something for you to use.

This gym is great. The place is clean, my kid always leaves the kid care happy, and they offer a great selection of classes such as Cardio Sculpt, Chisel, Zumba, Bodyweb with the TRX, & more.

Their staff is super friendly, their facilities are always clean, and they've got plenty of variety for beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike. Take a class, lift some weights, or just hop on the aqua massage and unwind after a workout. They even have stand up tanning booths. Whatever you decide to do- just go! No more excuses! You don't have to wait for the new year to start on your fitness goals- they've got deals going all the time. If you're a excessive socially and want to bring a friend, they have a membership for that too. Got kids? No worries! They have a kids club too! Check 'em out!
Great gym and very helpful staff. If you want to get fit and get healthier this is the place to do it.
Love my gym time. I go during the day or mornings between 7-10 am it's not super crowded. The circuit training classes they have can be in the way of the stair machines though and playing loud music through a boom box when there is music playing on the P.A. is just confusing.

First off, Im giving 3 stars because I find the gym convenient, pretty well maintained, and very reasonably priced for what they offer. On a second note, the staff is pretty stuck up. They dont acknowledge your presence when being scanned in. Its like they are doing you a favor. Most of them are usually on the computer looking SUPER busy. I know they are working hard on whatever it is their doing but cmonnn you cant greet your guest. Especially the bald guy and the man with the beard.
Staff is friendly and professional, machines are clean and pretty well taken care of, I think the membership is extremely reasonable for what you get. Pay attention to the hours though, it is not a 24 hour facility but it is great for the person trying to get back into shape in a gym after being away. Also, I never have a problem with close in parking and there is security during some hours so I feel pretty safe parking my vehicle here. Bathrooms/locker rooms are pretty clean too, another important detail if you need to use them.

Place is in clean condition and a good place to workout. I've had good experiences with the employees there. One of the employees named Sean in particular is great at customer service and is always welcoming.

I'm from four hours south of Rocklin, but visit at least 4 weeks a year and this is a great gym. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was misinformed by an employee that my account could be cancelled over the phone. Several months went by and I got a call saying I owed $100. The employee lied to me and it cost me money. The managers refused to recognize the possibility of one of their employees being misinformed and wouldn't undo the charges. Be careful when you close down the account and get everything in writing.
