Donation based yoga classes on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm with Promila are awesome! She always has wisdom to share and I always learn something new. I always leave feeling better than I came in and her classes are welcoming to everyone!

The members and instructors have patiently helped me learn as quickly as I can while challenging me to become the best I can be.

What a welcoming and fun place to practice Aikido! There is something special about the instructors and students at this dojo. Every instructor is a student, at heart, willing to empty his or her cup and learn something new. Every student is an instructor, willing to share whatever insights they have gained. If you want to learn this "Art of Peace" in an expansive and beautiful space, with the friendliest folks you'll ever meet, then look no further.
I've been training at the Aikido & Healing Arts Center of Roseville for nearly 5 years. It's a large, open training space and there are wonderful people here to train with.
They also have a great kids program with classes on Tue. and Thur. nights from 6 to 7pm.
If you're interested in martial arts, and you're in the area, I would love to see you on the mat. :-)
