So glad I found this place for my son! Coaches are so encouraging and positive, staff is friendly and everyone just seems to be having a good time. My son loves it! Keep up the good work!

Just terrible experience!
First time I take kids very first day, Woman at counter freaks out that I stepped past her blue line trying to see my kids. Very bad attitude and the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time.
I asked for refund she refused.
Seating for parents is not able to see what is going on in back.
I would never recommend this business

Started going here about 3+ months ago. I had a couple pre-existing injuries and they were able to work around it. Extremely friendly staff: Jose, David and Kelly are great. Whether you want to learn boxing, have a rewarding workout or just wanna have some fun while sweating this is the place to be.

This place has the friendliest atmosphere and best staff! The workouts are amazing! I highly recommend Prime Time Boxing.

Really good coaches i have 2 sons and there really enjoying it if your looking for place where your kids can have fun and workout at then this is a place for you 5/5 stars .

PTR has been an instrumental part of my life for the past 2 yrs. The motivation and atmosphere that the team creates is unreal. I actually wake up wanting to go work-out. I am so in love with this training regimen and gym that I have signed up my 14yr old son in camps.
In the short 3 wks he has been going, the change in his attitude and outlook on life is so inspiring, he is so proud of himself and as a mom you just love seeing that in your child. I find it difficult to find the right words to express how thankful I am so all I can say is "Thank you Jose, David and Kelly!

This place is AMAZING. I was so hesitant to start boxing but I'm glad I did. Walking in I was greeted with a smile from Kelly. The team made my first day so comfortable, challenging and so fun that I had to come back for more. The coaches Jose and David, make every work out a great one! They have so much patience and are willing to take the time to teach you the things you need help with, very empowering! With all different times for classes, it makes it easy to not miss a day. If you are looking to start something new, challenging & fun, make your way to Prime Time Boxing! You wont regret it.

Just re-signed for 3 more "camps." This place is legit. Trainers and staff are amazing. I came here a few months ago with almost no knowledge of boxing but wanting a different workout to switch up my training. Mind you I am also a personal trainer, and not only did I learn a ton about boxing, but I had a very challenging, fun, different workout each class. I was always sore after and sweating like crazy. Is a family type vibe and everyone cheers each other on. I've seen young, old, women, men, of all shapes and sizes. Highly recommend prime time! Can't wait to train next week with Jose and David.

Amazing trainers, and ALWAYS a great workout. The owner Jose makes everyone feel like family. They work with every age and ability level. You won't regret becoming part of the PTB family!

Excellent coaches and great customer service, the whole staff is awesome. This place is filled with lots of energy! The camaraderie is wonderful and everyone makes you feel like part of the Prime Time fam!! I love the fact that it's suitable for all ages. I commend this place!

Prime Time Boxing is a great place to train! We love the staff, they're super friendly and professional. The coaches are great.. especially Jose! They always pay close attention and really focus on techniques. My son loves it and always looks forward to training.

I've had several experience with several gym in the Sacramento region an prime time in roseville is by far one of the best outstanding professional establishment I have ever gone to. The trainers are well knowledgeable an caring individuals. I would recommend everyone to come try this place out.

This place is great! I bought the $60 groupon for a month of unlimited boxing, best $60 I've ever spent, seriously. Anybody deciding where you should go train, this is the place. The people are awesome, the atmosphere is awesome, and the coaches are awesome.

P.S. you might run into Bobby Jackson at this location
