Absolutely love this place! Classes are fun, yet challenging and the trainers take time with new clients to make sure their technique is performed accurately assuring ultimate results.
Crossfit Riverside is a great place. The coaches modify all exercises to match each persons abilities. They are so knowledgeable and encouraging. They eliminate the feeling of intimidation and build confidence. The owners, Richard and Steph are such great, caring people. This location is filled with great athletes and inspiring people. I love working out with every one in class. Love this place!

I love this place. Workouts are scaled for all ability levels from beginner to advanced. The coaches and other members are super encouraging. I look forward to coming here everyday even when we do dreaded thrusters.

This gym is like a second family to me. Richard and Steph are are not only extremely knowledgeable coaches but they are wonderful people. They are dedicated to making their gym a place for people of all experiences and backgrounds in fitness or lack thereof, comfortable and enjoyable. They truly enjoy watching their members meet goals and support them through the process.
