If you are a beginner or experienced at meditation or yoga, this is the place for you. They are genuinely interested in providing a safe environment for your participation.

This is an authentic grass roots studio. If you are looking for a commercial, packed studio this is not the place. Come here for warmth, community, spirituality and a sense of inner peace.
