I love it because it has great evening i did it for about three and a half years and it is great and my name is jayden and the frist picture is me before the gym and the 2 one is at Nationals

Everyone there is really outgoing, great place to learn how to get your submission on.

Excellent class. The workouts are great and coach rich and frank really know their stuff. All my fellow students are awesome, everyone in the gym really pushes you to do your best. Honestly riverside submission feels like a family, its hard not to love this place.

Excellent class. The workouts are great and coach rich and frank really know their stuff. All my fellow students are awesome, everyone in the gym really pushes you to do your best. Honestly riverside submission feels like a family, its hard not to love this place.
