I have been taking Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lessons at Carlos Alberto's MMA and Fitness Center since July 2019 and really love it. When I first walked in I was a bit apprehensive because I was 49 years old and a little worried that I was too old to begin a martial art, and that I would be smashed by everybody. Professor Carlos reassured me that nobody is too old to start training, and so I started driving 35 miles to attend classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. From the very first day I was impressed by the friendliness of the coaches and other students, everybody was very welcoming and helpful. The staff is very professional and detail minded, and really give attention to each student. Jiu Jitsu is hard work and challenging, but the rewards are life altering. My fitness has improved greatly, I am learning self defense, and I have met some really great people. I highly recommend this academy!
My 10 year old son loves it hear! The coaches are all friendly and respectful. This a grate place for boys and girls alike. Awsome place!!!!!
they were my first choice to go to, it was my first time doing muay thai, they made it really fun, and i learned a lot, they were great people, great environment.
My son loves this place. He has learned a lot. The staff is friendly and I have never experienced any disatisfaction with their customer service. They are very attentive to your needs as well as your child's progress and training. However, your child needs to show initiative and since it can't be one sided which I think is very fair.
I love this a academy, when I'm there I'm home. We are a big family and growing even bigger. The professor is top notch and has helped me to learn so much . This is a great place to train. It's so good I had my son join and he loves it too. John Wilson
I went to this academy when I was 11 and loved it but unfortunately I moved but now I'm on back in here at age 17 and still love coming in and learning the coaches here are very good and know what they are doing

This place is amazing been here since i was 11 im 16 now. Its helped me get in better shape gain more confidence and boost my self esteem it helped me learn how to box and currently taking kickboxing awsome people outstanding teachers 10/10 this place will help you achjve your fitness goals and if you want to learn a contact sport this place is perfect.

I'm currently attending their Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Mauyi Thai classes. This place feels like a community with positive vibes, it's definitely welcoming. The coaches teach in a way that's enthusiastic, and understandable to someone with no martial arts background like myself. I fell in love with Brazilian jiu-jitsu here and I see myself training/learning here for years to come.

Great place to train. Whether your doing it to learn a skill or for self defense or trying to get into shape! They are very patient with you even if you dont pick it up right away like myself sometimes! Small hidden gym you will be happy about if you try out!
I was not satisfied with the services. I wish I was treat with more respect. My son was training at that gym, he left the country and the owner refused to stop the monthly charges.
Very good gym. Horacio (boxing coach) is very patient he motivates us and copes well with his students I been attending their boxing course for about 4-5 months now and I feel great. I'm very happy with the results. Everyday I look forward to seeing what new things coach has in mind for us. A very happy place to be overall. Good vibes and nice people. I could say it's like my second home.
Carlos Alberto's MMA & Fitness Center is a great place to train. I currently attend the boxing class and coach Horacio is very knowledgeable. They also make sure to give everyone an equal amount of time. As I've found out that at other gyms if you aren't there to compete you get left in the shadows. Another thing to mention is their cleanliness, they are very clean and have great equipment. Overall excellent place to train and the experience is very enjoyable.
A true discipline and self defense first academy. The coaches are well versed in not just the teaching and training aspect of all art forms they instruct, but they know how to relate and keep the interest of the kids participating. From the youngest at ages 5 to the teens and adults alike who are looking to improve their own self discipline, Carlos Albertos MMA staff have the know how to get you exactly what you intended.
Went in as an amateur from Warzone boxing as an interested gym member and the dude told me get out of the seat because he had better people to work with. This is not a gym for the people of this city, sorry for anyone that thought so. All I can say is never go here, no customer service and no help anyway. All bad
Very friendly! ! Great vibe very positive atmosphere. Not many places are welcoming but these guys are great! They are very helpful and answered any questions I had. Even the young students were very welcoming when my 5 yr old entered the class. My son is very excited to start his journey here at Carlos Alberto's MMA & fitness center ! Thank you guys !
