Chuze is not a gym. It's a health and well being community. I truly feel supported and encouraged to work for my health benefit with the friendly and helpful staff, the knowledgeable and supportive trainers and instructors, and the always clean facilities. I like working out, but I really really like working out at Chuze and participating in the various classes they offer. Even through this shelter in place time, Chuze is providing challenges and at home video workouts to keep up with our fitness. What more could I ask for? Thank you so much for caring about your Chuze family!!

I'm so glad to come to this gym ... thanks to the Kids Club my wife and I are atending to the group classes like BODY pump ,Zumba, Zumba Toning etc. And my kids most of the time don't want to go home; friendly staff.
Hidromasaje is always a nice start or finish.
Just try to avoid the crowds.
Very easy....if you don't like the water fountain just bring your own.
I have closer Gyms but I "CHUZE" this one because of the Kids Club.

Clean, friendly, plenty of equipment, a lot of variety, love to take a sauna after working out, reasonably priced, close to home. Great place to stay healthy

Keep up the great work you guys one more thing I hope you guys are getting bigger you need to expand to the Bay area they need a company like yours I love how you greet people when they come in and leave I will always Renu my membership with your company all I can say is thank you 4 your positive attitude

Great gym great staff but since I have been at the gym I seen 3 cars being broken into. I recommend you guys get a security guard or tell the owner to provide some security service. That's going to run away your customers cars being broken into.

very good gym clean fresh prices fair jente friendly all good only that many hours of 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm from Monday to Friday should change a larger place or expand I would like to have more free weights like chest and squats and more machines As a cage more selos I recommend only ai many people

I barely became a member maybe a week ago until today april 2 2018 i havent had any complaints. ive went with my son to this gym location about 3 times now and not one person said anything about him they seen him walk in, walked out, worked out as well. Tonight we go in and its different we barely go into the cinama to start our workout and a worker stops us and says "how old is he" i say 13 he says "he looks really young" ok and? They have never asked for proof before so why would i be carrying his birth certificate with me, that is what he asked for he says to go to the front to figure this out. Figure what out? i have no proof so youre going to kick us out? We go to the front we talk to the "manager" (short girl with glasses) theyre asking questions i ask them why havent i been told i need proof no one has ever stopped my work out to ask about my "guest" she asked my son what grade hes in he says 6th. We finally leave the front to go back to my work out. Literally less then 5 mins later here comes the "manager" stops my work out again! And she ask me "are u sure hes in 6th grade because thats 11 years old" i look at her and say yes. This is where i got pissed off not once but twice we were harnessed questioning my son. MY SON DOES LOOK YOUNG WHY? BECAUSE HE WAS PREMATURE I HAD HIM WHEN I WAS 17 YEARS OLD HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR WEEKS. HE STARTED SCHOOL A YEAR LATE BECAUSE WE DIDNT THINK HE WAS READY HE HAD TO REPEAT 1ST GRADE BECAUSE HE WASNT AT LEVEL TO MOVE TO 2ND SO YES HE IS A BIT BEHIND IN SCHOOL. but for the so call manager to be questioning it in front of my son WHO IS ALREADY INSECURE ABOUT HIS SIZE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. If they had told me to have proof from the start i wouldnt have had a problem but for that manager to be stopping our work outs just because my son is below average is disgusting i shouldnt have to explain to her or to anyone why my son looks so young and why hes not in the grade where "he is suppose to be". Im not happy about the crew that worked that night my son doesnt even wanna go anymore because he was so hurt by her saying hes so small and 6th grade is when your 11 not 13!

Helpful Staff, Clean, and the CINEMA is awesome!! Right now im on the treadmill and im seeing so many people not cleaning the equipment after there done

The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere for the gym is great! It usually doesn't get too full either so it's not too difficult to get the equipment you want for a quick workout.

I love this gym!! It's affordable, comfortable, clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The restroom/lockeroom is always clean and well kept. I love the cinema room the most. When I feel like stopping my cardio early, I get so into the movies I don't want to stop. I'll even sometimes go longer than I planned. Just to finish the movie. Also I always see someone cleaning the equipment, which is very nice. Even though I always clean whatever equipment I use before and after.

LOVE IT!! So clean, friendly and amazing trainers! Unlimited hydro massages and tanning, unlimited group classes and can't forget about the cinema room to watch a good movie while doing cardio! Child care is great! My daughter does crafts, watched movies and plays a lot.. Best gym ever!!

Been going here for some time now and overall it has been a good experience. People tend to clean up after themselves better than your average gym. The staff is also super friendly. Even when this gym is at its busiest I am able to get my workouts done in a timely manner. Only real big gripe is that this gym does not have a bench press area or a squat rack.

My fav gym. and I've tried them all from private studios, women only and big box gyms. Saunas dry and wet, hydro jet massage beds, tanning, classes, all the machines you'll need...oh and weights too! The "kickboxing and Buns and Belly" classes led by Xanny and Matthew are my favorite, their classes have transformed my body! All this for $20 a month?! Yes!!!
Customer service is on point throughout the gym and in the child care area. Speaking of child care, it's very affordable! They give you points on their Chuze app. You can redeem points for free shirt, towel, membership etc
