I'm 63 years old and haven't exercised most of my life for various reasons; mostly because I'm a bit of a princess and don't like to sweat! Needless to say, I was very overweight. I recently joined this club and I absolutely love it! They have a wonderful salt water pool with many types of classes to cater to all types of people of different ages and body types. They have water aerobics with different levels to accommodate the active and less active (that would be me), water yoga, strength & endurance and many more. I just had both knees replaced this last year and the water is the only way to go! The big plus is you don't SWEAT! (Did I mention I am a bit of a princess?) I'm eventually going to venture out to try the many other fun activities this club has to offer. Knowing my princess style, it will more than likely be taking advantage of a pedicure.

Staff are respectful and service oriented and the members are friendly and courteous. Not crowded. Quiet, pleasant, positively enjoyable workouts. I found my gym! I'm staying.

I received my 2nd pedicure here for a birthday gift. Was clean and offered complimentary drinks, including a glass of wine or 2. Yeah.
Excellent facility! It is kept immaculately clean at all times! Respectful and courteous staff are diligent for perfection! Thank you very much for the wide array of equipment!

I have been a member for about four months and absolutely LOVE it! I have experienced everything from the cardio to aerobics to aqua aerobics to yoga. All of the instructors are fabulous. Every step of my membership helps me get stronger and more healthy. The family atmosphere is contagious to all who come. I will be with them forever.
