Gym is not for the people. This specific location will not honor the 7 day pass. Every other business is caring during these times but they are not.

Small place & employees would bug you while trying to workout. Did not care for this gym, I like the ymca much better!

Not nice staff. The lady their refused to show me the place. Also it is over priced compared to other places in town.

Has all the equipment I need. Not a lot of any one thing, and I don't really understand the elliptical machines without moving arms, but overall ok. One squat/bench rack, which can be an issue but is common at many locations.
I think the showers should be gender neutral so it is easier to get in one. I waited about 25 minutes today for someone to get out of the shower so I could use it. Since I'm traveling the shower is a must.
Also not a fan of no shower mats outside the showers on a tile floor. I get it, you have to wash them, but a mat makes the showers so much safer and more comfortable. Trusting members to dry off instead of cover the bathroom floor is optimistic. At least they have instructions posted to use the squeegee to wipe away excess water.

I have never gymmed before, not that you'd believe me if you saw me. it's nice to take some time to check out all of the equipment without fear of judgement. I can be as confused as I need to be untill I figure it out. very clean place and the cheapest place to get a Lenny and Larry's complete cookie . They are my favorite vegan cookie/ protien bar. I'm a fatty at heart.

Anytime Fitness is the cleanest and friendliest gym in Redding. The entire staff is invested in the success of its members. It feels like going into Cheers, "you wanna go where everybody knows your name!"
Not only is the gym accessible 24 hours each day, the equipment is new and in great condition. Again, it's squeaky clean.
The personal trainers are well educated and not only motivate you give your all in every workout, they give you a meal plan and guidance all along the way.

I'm really enjoying this gym! I've never joined a gym before, or worked out in one, but this has so far been a great experience. Being a 24 hour gym is great for those of us that work a graveyard shift and cant always come in during normal hours. The trainer I'm working with, Alex, is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help my reach my goals. The machines are new and clean and all work just fine. I'll be working out here for many more months to come .... mention my name when you sign up! :) Also, the staff here are great, super nice and eager to help. They definitely make me feel welcome everytime I come in!

I'm IN LOVE with my gym!!! It is always clean, friendly environment and the staff is absolutely amazing!! The equipment is great and it is rare that this place is overwhelmingly busy. There hasn't been a bad time to come to the gym and I have never had to wait for any equipment! This is hands down the best gym I have ever been too! I'm originally from the east coast and have also lived in the mid west and now the west coast...and this gym trumps the ones I have been to by far! Thank you for all the constant motivation and help!! Love Love Love this place!
