I joined just for a vacation while in Hawaii, but I liked the circuit workout a lot so i joined again here at home. Also the hours are great and it's always clean.

I love this place. There is always equipment ready for me to use. The upgraded membership gets you access to this spa services like the massage tables. So relaxing!

I've only been there once so far, but as far as I've seen it is totally awesome, so many things you can do to workout. So many different machines, so many different variations on workouts I don't even know. Great locker room, awesome massage chair, plus it's very inexpensive I think.

They have great specials all the time on memberships and much cheaper monthly than other gyms.

Staff could be more friendly and less "judgemental" considering that's what it's all about at planet fitness. They dont make me feel very welcome. Otherwise, it's a great price and is well maintained and open 24 hrs.

I liked the gym. I thought it was clean and was never crowded. I could always find a machine. What I did not like about Planet Fitness is that when I joined, they were not forth coming about their fees. I was never told about an annual fee being charged to me after two months of membership. I was only told about the month to month charge. To see an additional fee was wrong. Not being upfront with your customers about what you will be charging them is dishonest and I will be canceling my membership on principal.

Such a clean place to workout. Kind and helpful staff is ready to answer any question. There is no pressure to buy training.

This is a very nice gym. There's a lot of good equipment and the staff are very friendly. The people that attend here are pretty respectful, too. Nobody is there to show off, just to get exercise.

The person who helped me was great, but the company over all, I'm not a fan of. Can only cancel in person AT THE CLUB YOU SIGNED UP AT, or by certified mail. That's ridiculous, imo.

The place is nice the equipment is a bit outdated but service is nice and the place is cooled decently not to mention there are many tvs to pick from even in spanish

This is my gym on Sunrise and it is awesome you can also go to other gyms in Sacramento once you're a member of Planet Fitness

Good place for a general workout. Allot of machines to work with. But not allot of free weights. Butt place is clean and never waiting for equipment.

Very great gym to go to for the price. Only 10 dollars a month. Can't beat that. No commitment or contract. The equipment is in great condition as well. One problem that I have is that there is no bench press but I can live without it. They offer a lot of types of equipment and do have free weights.

Love it here! A good amount of equipment and space. Only downfall is that it gets really musty when certain members are there. It needs better ventilation!

I'll give honest review as I am just joined last week.This gym is nice, all machines are very well maintained and envionment is really good. Recomended for beginners.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Javi in particular is really good at saying hello to everyone and making them feel welcome. I am usually there at night and it always seems like a very good, positive workout environment. Definitely would recommend this gym to a friend/family member!

We were virtually turned around today as new customers. We came for the 1st time on Monday (07/31/2017) and had a tour with the guy Javier. The tour was ok and he even gave us 2 passes for free to use for the 1st time. Today we came already dressed to sign up for one month trial
(around 4-5 pm) and the girl at the desk didn't let us in. It turned out we had to have checking and routing numbers of the checking account ready(nobody told us about that). I told her about free passes we had and also offered to pay with the credit card and the checking account info to bring tomorrow (she saw I had a box with the new shoes I just bought in Marshalls). The female employee was talking very rude and wasn't pleasant at all. She was closed to all option and offered the worst service I ever experienced. We were turned around - "to come tomorrow with the checking account number". I already flushed their free passes down the toilet and signed up with another club. The Fitness Planet lost two guaranteed customers on the spot just because of the awful service of its employee. Way to go...

Clean facility, very friendly staffs. People clean up after themselves, and there is no macho guys intimidating you. Very inexpensive. Brought all my friends. See for yourself.

I go to different locations and the Rancho Cordova one is my favorite. The staff are chill, and most of the time the bathroom supplies is stocked. Also there is a security guard that patrols the parking lot very well.

I really like working out here, but seems like cleaning is less and less frequent (especially the bathroom). I'm usually here early morning and Chad does a very good job cleaning, but other than that, it's getting worse and worse... I've seen 3 roaches while working out this morning and told an employee there and he said there are traps behind the counter so knows that they have roach issue. Management needs to get involved real soon here or this place will become a dump like another planet fitness around Sacramento.
