Maddie is a great teacher!. I absolutely love this place. I'm new to pilates and only have a background in competitive sports and dance but am extremely out of shape . I was scared to try it, but I took a beginners class with Elizabeth who was great at focusing on my form, taking time and explaining every movement in detail.... more
