If you're looking for a Pilates studio, this is a wonderful place. Excellent personal attention, modifications for your specific needs, clean facility, and an absolutely fantastic staff. I started out with individual sessions with Corinne and am now taking classes several times a week. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Springs is the best. The instructors are welcoming and supportive; and just as important, are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you have the best session possible. They will gently correct you, modify an exercise and explain what the exercise is meant to do. The routine changes all the time using all sorts of interesting equipment. Occasionally there are special speakers or events. The atmosphere is calming and extremely friendly. I have been going to Pilates with Kathy the owner for 8 years. I get a good workout and have some fun.

I have had lots of problems with my knees and was afraid to exercise. Thanks to the patient and caring instructors at Springs Pilates I am able to do so much more. Personal attention is their strength.

Highly recommend this studio. Love the MELT classes and the pilates classes. The instructors are kind, warm and knowledgeable. They all have different styles and approach that I appreciate. Not your usual "gym". The studio is clean and welcoming. Easy to book and cancel appointments online. Plenty of parking.

My wife Karen says Springs Pilates has great programs, both Pilates and MELT. They have excellent instruction with lots of individual attention in small classes. Kathy, owner and instructor, is constantly updating her credentials with further training, and has a warm and welcoming personality.

Springs Pilates rocks! I started going to Kathy and team in advance of my bilateral knee replacements. They helped me strengthen in advance of this major surgery. Once I recovered I went back. They are helping me so much with the "new normal"....working on core, strength, posture, and more. The work we have been doing has helped so much in knee mobility too. They are professional, fun, and work with what I can do....respectful of any limitations. Honestly I'm not sure there is anyone better.

Pilates always seemed mysterious and intimidating to me - not to mention I was confident all Pilates classes were full of young, slender, in-shape, perky young women (which is NOT my demographic) - and honestly, what on earth is a "reformer"? I had gotten the number for Springs Pilates and called a couple of times over the course of a few months, always hanging up before someone answered. Finally, one day when my courage got the best of me, I called and talked to Kathy, the owner. She sounded lovely and invited me in to have a look and try a class at my convenience and I have not looked back since. I attend (on average) twice a week; my classes are filled (maximum class size is 5 or 6) with women of all shapes, sizes and ages. I feel better than I have in ages and really, who wouldn't love an exercise class that you take lying down? Kathy is a fantastic instructor as are all the other instructors I've had over the years at Springs. So, no matter your age (mine is 60+) or your shape, Springs Pilates is for you!
