Best decision we took is to join Pleasanton
downtown yoga . I was little bit skeptical in the beginning as I always thought yoga was only about calming the mind and soul along with breathing exercises. In the first few weeks only I realized how ignorant I was about yoga, it does much more than that. My husband attends morning yoga sessions and he absolutely loves it. He feels toned, refreshed and energized which is helping him deal with long hrs of work during the day. My 14 yr old daughter also enjoys the yoga sessions, it helped her improve her posture. Even though she is not a regular student at yoga center due to her school, the sessions she took made good impact on her and she practices yoga every day at home. One thing that I noticed about the instructor (Jim) is, he picks a specific muscle group and teach postures accordingly which is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

I've been going to Downtown Yoga for over 4 years and love the community and the teachers there. Very thoughtful, attentive instruction. It's been life changing for me.

Best yoga studio in Pleasanton! The Downtown Yoga community is so warm and welcoming. Alignment-based yoga taught by thoughtful and patient instructors. Love this place so much.

have been going here for several years now and love the atmosphere, teachers, place. Convenient location and parking. Teachers are very attentive and always pay attention to students (even when every little space in class is filled) :)

This is the best yoga place in Pleasanton. Very knowledgeable instructors and they give personal attention to class attendees.
