I've been working out with Chris Malony for 10 months now. She sat down with me and helped me outline a plan to reach my weight/fitness goals. I have lost the 20lbs I wanted to, kept it off, and achieved my personal best time for the half-marathon I ran in August. The thing I like the best about her classes is that she's very attentive, and is quick to help you use correct form when doing the exercises, as well as modify them with you if you're injured or at a lower fitness level. She is very personable, but expects an honest effort. I recommend her to anyone I hear asking for recommendations. I'm an extremely satisfied customer.
