I've been at Amity for just over a year now and have only praise for the gym. Zack and Sarah, the trainers, have a keen eye for weaknesses and combine emphasis on form with encouragement to push harder. I wanted to move from solely cardio fitness to explosive strength, and with the well designed/challenging workouts and community of like-minded folks, I now move much better and am on my way to building the strength I didn't have. I notice a massive improvement in other sports I participate in, and my mental reserves to push myself are increasing as well. I find myself out of excuses to skip a day unless work absolutely demands it. Music playlists are great too, which is a plus.
