My favorite gym. The vibe is amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and funny. They have best trainers and coaches in the area.

WOW, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! My experience is amazing here. All the Members, Staff, and Coaches are very helpful, welcoming, and kind. I am here to move better, feel capable, be strong, and most importantly be apart of an amazing community. The facility as a whole is clean, friendly, and with a ton of space. I have been to many gyms in the past and this one is on the top! Thank You, PG!
I have been to this gym 3 times now when I visit the Palo Alto area, and I love it. There are no Nautilus-style exercise machines, but there are barbells, squat racks, TRX straps, balls, and other exercise equipment that I don't entirely understand but which I believe falls in the realm of "functional" fitness. When I was missing a piece of equipment for an exercise on the list from my coach back home, the owner of the facility himself showed me how to use an alternative piece of equipment for an exercise to work the same muscles. I was also impressed because they didn't treat me poorly just because I was a visitor on a day pass that they wouldn't be able to sell a monthly membership. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Even when I locked my stuff in a locker and couldn't get it out and was afraid I would have to walk home naked, and they had to get the master key! But that's another story...
Best Gym in the Area!
I've been coming here for a few months for open gym, and I've loved my experience. I had been working at Functional Lifestyles down the street and the facilities and price are far superior here. The equipment is fantastic and much more advance than something you'd find in an average gym, and most of all, the staff and trainers are so friendly and accommodating. And they have awesome locker room facilities with towels! And parking is easy to find. AND it's never super crowded - not matter what time you go, e.g. 7am, or 5pm, you're guaranteed to find a barbell rack and ample space for activities. No more waiting, no more overpaying. :)
Everything a gym should be. Super knowledgeable and nice trainers, the best of any equipment they have. Plenty of mats, foamrollers, clean bathrooms. I feel right at home when I walk in, friendly customers and never crowded. They even have an infrared sauna now.
Average. Nothing impressive. Not bad. Just nothing special. Friendly staff.
