I go to Pilates V at least 4 times a week. I have 4 different instructors & love all of them. They watch you very carefully & correct you if you are doing something wrong ( even in a full class). It is clean and conveniently located. I look forward to working out there.

I have been going to Pilates V in Palo Alto since December. Taking Craig's classes and private sessions completely changed my body in 3 months. I am stronger, more flexible and need new pants! I also love chatting with Edna sitting at the front desk. She is always friendly and have been a great help in scheduling and accounting.

I absolutely love this studio and attend classes almost everyday. The instructors, the front desk staff, and management are all very kind and accommodating! Definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to start Pilates or are more advanced.
I love this place! Best workout experience ever! The schedule is very convenient, I love that they have early morning classes as well as late evening ones. The studio is very clean and well equipped. Plenty of street parking around.
What I love the most about Pilates V (Palo Alto studio in particular) is that they have amazing instructors! Thank you Heather, Grecia, Craig and Giselli for always being caring, explaining clearly and making sure every person in the class does exercises correctly engaging proper groups of muscles. During your classes I feel like I always have a personal trainer guiding me. Great job! Highly recommended.

Love Pilates V. The equipment and teachers are great. I love that they have a variety of classes beyond the traditional reformer options. My favorite is the Pilates and TRX combo class. I always feel so strong after them! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed taking a class here- the studio was very clean and easy to find. The times that were available suited my schedule and though the instructor was super knowledgeable. The equipment was new and love that the classes are small
Love PilatesV - beautiful, brand-new location, great instructors, and very flexible scheduling >> just what I need to squeeze in workouts! Oh, and excellent pricing also. :) And: I'm a picky Pilates student. :)
