Awesome studio, $25 for 30 days unlimited is a great deal for Palo Alto,. The facility is clean, great staff, nice overall vibe. I'll be coming back for more Palo Alto!

You'll find many yoga teachers from around the South Bay taking courses here! That's how you know that this is the place to be. A lot of the top teachers have also graduated from their teacher training program (just check their background!). My absolute favorites are: Janya, Adam (advanced), Clyde (advanced), Irene, and Danae. No class is the same -- they're inspired, invigorating, and they accommodate all ages and body types.

It's the teachers that make a yoga class special. And my favorite teacher here is Janya Wongsopa. She teaches restorative, yin and other styles. The yoga room is basic and welll stocked with blankets, bolsters, etc.
