I'm rating low because several times I tried calling this location and they never answer the phone. I have left messages and no one ever calls back. I do love the brand but it's not cheap so expect a call back at the least.
A decent location. Parking is difficult in the area - your best bet is to get off of the main road and find a stanford lot. The store itself is pretty small, and has been disorganized the two times I have been.
The Palo Alto location always has a wider variety of sizes and items than the Santana Row location, as well as more workshops. The staff is always very cheerful and fun, easy-going as well.
Look carefully through the racks for items on sale.
