I have been buying sweaty betty online for a while, and I was excited they were opening a store that was local to me. Unfortunately, I think I will only visit the store when I have returns from my online orders. Customer service was not fantastic. The girl kept on disappearing in the back, and she seemed reluctant to engage with customers at all. Size selection was poor, and the product displays made the clothes look underwhelming.
