Really nice place to get fit and sharp. Must try, the trainers Jessica and Deanna are really worth your money, they give you right training and ensure you do your exercises right. God bless you both for doing good for people.
Really positive and motivating place if you're looking to get into a healthier lifestyle. I've started up again on my health journey and the trainers honestly do care about you and your goals. They are willing to work with your schedule if you have a busy lifestyle. I've been working with Amanda who is amazing and inspiring as she has been in the same boat as me! She is friendly, positive, and definitely pushes me in our workouts. Even though I'm at the beginning stages, I reccomend because I've been seeing results, not only physically, but I feel that I am mentally getting stronger too. Like everyone says, staying consistent is key especially with nutrition. I feel that if you need that extra boost of motivation and accountability, this is a great place to start as the trainers are in open communication anytime with you via email, text, phone whenever you're struggling.
