Love this gym, the trainers are friendly, encouraging, and personalize your workout to meet your fitness goals. Best gym in the desert!
If your looking to change up your normal workout routine than MatrixFit is where it's at. I did a Tacfit class and WOW! what an awesome work out. Using your own body weight and body movements really makes you pull out your inner strength. Everyone at Matrix was super helpful and patient since it was my first time. I don't know if I want to do a Tacfit or Kickboxing class next, I cant decide but I'm sure whatever class it is, it will be great!
This is my favorite spot I want to keep this place my fitness secret but it's too good to keep to myself!

Vibe is awesome!!! Trainer's are great, and every sweat is worth coming back. ;)
